Responsible for shaping and delivering on Kron’s promise to the senior care market, Danica believes organizational health is a key differentiator and assiduously works to develop talent and foster high-performing teams.
With years of experience in executive leadership, financial management, and entrepreneurship in the healthcare and insurance space, Danica is an engaging and driven leader.
Danica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an MBA from Walden University.

Rhashard is Chief Operating Officer of Kron Insurance Services. He is responsible for leading a number of initiatives, including instructional leadership, strategic planning, administrative policy, budget development and implementation, and process improvement. He also is responsible for oversight of finance, human resources, legal/compliance and office management.

Rhashard possesses extensive experience in operational scalability, providing strategic vision and alignment in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
Rhashard holds a bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Alfred State and an MBA from the Saunders School of Business at Rochester Institute of Technology . He is also a member of the Board of Directors for Baden Street Settlement and Treasurer of the Rochester Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
